Even if nobody asked….

2. If you meet someone who has a dog and you want to gain genuine insight into their personality within seconds, ask them to describe the personality of their pup.

3. How is not every dollar and man hour used by the IRS to investigate taxpayers not turned instead into a force to investigate those spending the tax dollars?

4. Lesson of 2025: if you have a day with no pain, no bad scans, no distressing blood-work, no treatments, no hospital time, bad news or lack of mobility then you are having a GREAT day. Rejoice in it.

5. When you give away 10% of your income you lose 10% of your purchasing power, which is minor compared to the 110% increase in happiness you will gain.

6. Well, that high horse don’t ride itself.

7. Aim to be someone your company can’t imagine what they would do if they had decided not to hire you in the first place. Make the thought terrify them. Be that valuable.

8. College football conference championship games are a complete waste of time. Utter nonsense.

9. I sent my wife to Florida this week to take a vacation from me. She’s earned it.

10. There appears to be a direct correlation in recent years between the reduction of successful MLB hitters over age 35 and the steep increase in pitches thrown above 97 MPH. Buyer beware in free agency.
