Even If Nobody Asked…

1. I’m 65 and girls don’t check me out at the gym. So there’s one thing that hasn’t changed a bit since I was a younger man. Your turn!

2. The rest stop on Route 93 in Hooksett, NH is so boss that if I lived closer, it would be a legitimate date-night option.

3. It’s harder to hear God’s voice when you’ve already decided what He’s going to say.

4. I spent hours and hours breaking down boxes as part of my supermarket job back in the late ’70s. Little did I know I was actually training for the arrival of Amazon – and for having a wife.

5. Peace is being able to appreciate something without having to own it.

6. Confidence isn’t believing you’ll succeed. It’s knowing failure won’t break you. – Steve Reiner.

7. Don’t live in FEAR of the future. Live in PREPARATION of it.

8. Is the opposite of toxic masculinity toxic empathy? Asking for a friend.

9. I don’t know a single man who would cheer a father who murdered his children. I know that apparently makes me a monster to some people reading this.

10. My wife has asked that I keep it under 79 MPH on the highway. Thankfully, she mentioned no such restrictions on city streets or in residential neighborhoods.
