Even if nobody asked….
1. Don’t introduce someone by saying “you remember my (brother, colleague, friend etc.).” It forces the person to either lie or admit they can’t remember someone. Neither is a good thing.
2. If companies don’t know why their customers are their customers, odds are good that they don’t know why their employees are their employees either.
3. Fixing someone is beyond you. And that’s a very good thing.
4. The business world has never moved this fast and will never be this slow again.
5. Stop waiting to be taught something you already know.
