10. 58 degrees and windy in Florida the other night and my wife asks the hostess to seat us OUTSIDE. I knit my eyebrows and suggest we’d be better off eating INSIDE. “But it’s 25 degrees in Rhode Island”, she replies. I have no answer for this. We are seated outside. She finds comfort that there are heaters nearby. I insist heaters are a sign we should be eating inside. Seconds later the menus blow into the parking lot. She gets up to ask for new menus. I get up and find us a nice table inside. We are quite a team.
